Return & Refund Policy

At Pickle Collective, we offer a return or refund only in cases of damage during shipping. For self-pickup purchases, we do not offer any returns or refunds.

Damages and Issues
If you receive a damaged or defective item due to the shipping process, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item at hello@picklecollective.co. We will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, process a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for items that are not damaged during shipping. Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you need a different item, we suggest placing a new order.

General Bookings & Packages

All purchases, including court bookings and packages, are final. We do not offer refunds, or exchanges once confirmed.

  • Court Bookings

All confirmed court bookings are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and cannot be rescheduled.

  • Weather-related Cancellations for the Sea-View Court
  • For the Sea View Court (without roofing), if rain persists for more than 30 minutes during your session, (and all covered courts are fully booked): The session can be rescheduled at no extra cost, and a credit will be issued. This policy applies exclusively to the Sea View court.
  • If play time is more than 30 minutes: No rescheduling or credit will be provided. If a covered court is available, affected players may transfer to it without additional charges.
  • Cancellations of class reservations must be made in accordance with Pickle Collective cancellation policy, which may be updated from time to time and communicated through the App and Website.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with Pickle Collective's refund policy.

  • Package Validity

The validity of packages depends on the specific terms of each package. The validity period begins from the date of purchase and will automatically run after a predetermined period if no bookings are made.

  • Class Credits

All class credits must be used within the designated validity period, which begins from the date of package activation. Please note that unused credits will expire and cannot be carried over beyond the expiration date.

  • Refund Processing

Any applicable refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Please ensure that you are aware of your package’s expiration date and plan your bookings accordingly.

Pickle Collective Class Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

Any class cancellation or modification must be made through our website at least 12 hours before your scheduled booking. Cancellations or modifications communicated via text or email will not be considered valid.

  • Early Cancellations: No credits will be deducted for any cancellations or modifications made prior to 12 hours of the start time.
  • Late Cancellations: A full class credit will be deducted for any cancellations or modifications made within 12 hours of the start time.
  • Class Late Arrivals: We encourage participants to arrive at least 15-minutes early to check in and prepare for class. For safety reasons, Pickle Collective implements a strict late-arrival policy to prevent disruptions and to ensure a positive and focused environment for all participants.
  • Private/Duet Late Arrivals: If participant(s) fail to show up or arrive on time for an in-person/duet appointment, the designated instructor will wait only for 10 minutes, and the class will end as scheduled. Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes will be treated as late cancellations, and no credit refund will be provided.
  • No shows: If participant(s) fail to show up or arrive on time, these will be treated as late cancellations, and no credit refund will be provided.
